Eileen AnnieSMITHPassed away peacefully on 18th August aged 87 years. Loving Mum to Lynne, Lesley and Gary. Loving Grandmother to Michael, Ryan and Lauren, Great-Grandmother to Bobby and Sebastian.

Funeral to be held on 8th September at 10:30am in Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium, Cannon Hill Road, Coventry CV4 7DF.

Following the funeral you are invited to continue to share memories of Eileen at the Jaguar Cars Sports and Social Club Fenton Road, Allesley, Coventry CV5 9PS Flowers welcome.
